What Your Warranty Covers

What Your Warranty Covers
Here’s what’s included in each part of your coverage. All warranty periods begin on the date of your original purchase.
Lens Protection
- No‑questions‑asked guarantee
- Coverage: Scratches and other lens damage
- Applies to:
- 2 years for premium treated lenses
- 1 year for standard treated lenses
- No warranty on untreated lenses
- $15 shipping and handling fee applies
Lost or Stolen Glasses
- One‑time replacement at 50% off regular price (frame + lenses)
- Valid for 1 year
- Replacement must be identical to the original order
- If the frame is discontinued, a comparable frame of equal value will be provided
- Cannot be combined with vision insurance benefits
- $15 shipping and handling fee applies
- Warranty continues from the original purchase date
Prescription Changes
- Coverage: Prescription changes within 1 year
- Lenses remade at no cost
- $15 shipping and handling fee applies
- Note: If a doctor’s visit is needed and it has been more than 90 days since your initial exam, a refraction fee will apply
Frame Protection
- Coverage: Breakage and manufacturer defects
- Requirement: All pieces of the frame must be returned
- Good for: 1 year
- $15 shipping and handling fee applies
Restyle Guarantee
- Don’t love your frames? Swap them out within 30 days of pickup
- $75 restocking fee + $15 shipping and handling
- If your new frame costs more, you’ll simply pay the difference, along with the restocking fee listed above
- Lenses remade at no cost
- Original frame must be in good condition
